Then, I’ll schedule a day for a professional photographer to come take high-definition photos of your home. These will be used to differentiate your home when I list it on the local MLS and Sotheby’s International Realty.

What is a CMA?

A CMA is a Comparative Market Analysis that I personally prepare, compare, and report. This report takes your home and compares it to similar properties in your neighborhood that are currently for sale and/or have been sold, while taking into account characteristics like: market conditions, location, bedrooms, baths, amenities, and condition.
